Le Derriere (behind Q Bar, 34 Sukhumvit Soi 11, Bangkok) – this bar, located in the back of “Q Bar Bangkok”, is this 19th century French bordello-themed lounge, complete with red velvet furniture and replica artwork from that period. Along with regular liquor, this lounge also serves wine and absinthe (seven different types). There are also French snack foods, such as French oysters, sucisson (cured sausages), French cheeses, and foie gras. Due to its more sedate atmosphere than “Q Bar” (confirmed by the jazz music played in the background), this venue attracts mainly more mature patrons.
